The Inn 17G is a two bedroom, two bath upper level end unit with windows on two sides, high ceilings and easily accessible by stairs or elevator. The Inn offers eighth ownership with each share deeded six weeks, or one week about every other month. Schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Located just steps from the Lake Michigan beach and resort Beach Club, this is the ideal location for families who want convenience to the amenities. Elegant and affordable, the Inn offers a prime waterfront location with easy access to the beach, lake and Club. This beautifully restored historic building has four privately owned two bedroom units that are luxuriously furnished with the advantages of air conditioning, a gracious lobby, elevator and laundry. Four nights in October are rented, three are available for owner use.
